2017

In 2017, he founded MSATC, a tax and accounting consultancy shaped by real-world challenges, not just textbook theory. Born from experience and grit, MSATC helped businesses bridge knowledge with execution, becoming the first step in what would grow into a wider vision.

2022

By 2022, that vision took form. MS was launched as the holding brand to bring together all entities under one mission: delivering future-ready financial solutions. That year, MS entered Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), deepening its roots in regulatory support, tax advisory, and corporate compliance.

2023

As the markets evolved, so did the mandates. MS entered Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), one of the world's most respected financial hubs.Here, we led high-stakes work in restructuring, cross-border advisory, and strategic compliance, building trust, navigating complexity, and scaling what we had started.
